Alam Group marks religious holidays

Alam Group hosted its Employees to an Easter Party that was held 23/07/2011 and, in addition this year as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Alam group donated an assorted set of items to the Muslim community its employees among which included sugar, rice, wheat and bread before the fasting season kicked off.

Bulange Trade Fair

On 24th - 27th August 2011, Alam Group of Companies got the opportunity to exhibit its products in the Second Grand Land and Property Fair (Bulange Trade Fair). This Trade Fair was organised by the Buganda Land Board and the main theme was to show case products of the different companies in Buganda Region and other regions.

Alam Group exhibits at the annual trade show UMA Trade Fair 2011

Alam group of Companies was among the numerous companies which showcased their products at the this year’s annual International UMA Trade fair that ran from 4th -10th October and attracted huge crowds.

In his message to the Traders, Mr. Abid Alam who took over from Hon James Mulwana as Chairman UMA Advisory Council called upon the Traders to “remain firm and stand united in order to have a stronger voice to able to lobby Government for more conducive business policies.
